Artwork upload guidelines vary across different printers. We take great satisfaction in our capacity to deliver great print quality, which can only be achieved if your artwork is supplied correctly.

In order to ensure great printing of your job, please carefully review your artwork using the checklist provided below to verify the absence of any omissions.

Supplying print ready PDF’s

  1. Manually click on the ‘Print’ option and select the ‘Press Quality’ level.
  2. Ensure that there is a bleed area and include crop markings (outer corner marks, not complete colour bars) that are positioned 6 points away from the cut size of the page.

Images & fonts

  1. Optimise your PDF for print (300 dpi images)
  2. Embed your fonts
  3. Always select “Press Quality” when creating your PDF
  4. Scanned or bitmapped images should be 300 dpi
  5. Colour images should be CMYK colour mode

Colour palette

  • The artwork must be in either CMYK or greyscale format.All PANTONE® and RGB colours will be converted to CMYK automatically.
  • Artwork provided in RGB or PANTONE® colours may exhibit variations when printed in CMYK.
  • We cannot take responsibility for any difference if artwork is not supplied in CMYK

As soon as you receive your email stating that your order is “complete” or “ready for collection,” you may pick it up. All orders are printed on-site in London.

The majority of orders are finished and available for pickup between 17:00 and 18:00* (the team’s opening time is typically extended to 19:00 if they are really busy, so please check with them).

We always employ a monitored service with DPD or UPS, and our typical delivery timeline is 3-4 working days, if you opt for delivery.

Yes, we have teamed up with GOPHR couriers to offer express same-day delivery. However, we can’t give you a price for this service until you place the order. If you need this option, just give us a call and we’ll send you a separate quote.

On the other hand, you’re more than welcome to arrange for an Uber to collect it; we’ve discovered that this can be a faster and, in some instances, cheaper alternative.
